UX Engineer, Jonmarc Stevens, said, "The collaboration definitely helps you grow here, just by everyone sharing ideas and bouncing them off of each other, even test them with our customers to get their feedback. So, I believe that the more ideas we have, it's good to pull from them and pretty much make a melting pot of what idea works the best."
