Associates that are considered full-time hourly or commission/incentive eligible:
To earn up to 48 hours of sick time per year accrued on a per pay period basis and between 80 hours and 200 hours per year of vacation time after a 90 day waiting period depending on years of continuous service with the Company.
For 8 hours of pay for each of a total of 6 paid scheduled holidays per year plus 1 floating holiday. If such an Associate does work on a scheduled holiday due to business need, they are eligible for Holiday Premium Pay.

* Assist with HVAC service and installations including testing equipment, mounting equipment, performing diagnosis, adjusting refrigerant, and wiring controls.
* Collaborate with HVAC Service Technicians to run service and installation jobs.
* Assist in replacing, repairing and installing HVAC and refrigeration units.
* Power wash HVAC equipment units.
* Run performance maintenance calls.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent and enrolled in Apprenticeship program.

Physical Demands
Must be physically able to operate a variety of machinery and equipment including electronic and diagnostic tools, recovery equipment, and various other HVAC equipment. This position requires: stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, seeing, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently. Physical demand requirements are at levels of those of medium work.
Work Environment
This job operates primarily alone on HVAC and boiler equipment in all environments, which includes extreme cold or heat depending on the time of year. Vehicles are used as the base of operations.
