PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Installs and maintains new EPAC controllers, load switches, conflict monitors, and copper cable and/or fiber-optic communications systems, traffic signal terminal facilities, and cabinets. Replaces malfunctioning controllers and conflict monitors. Locates short and open circuit conditions in wiring systems. Replaces worn and/or damaged components in traffic control devices and electrical streetlight fixtures.
