Coordinate with Other Crafts: Coordinate the activities of electricians with other crafts to ensure proper integration and completion of projects. Maintain Project Standards: Uphold safety, productivity, quality, and cost standards in accordance with project specifications and objectives. Plan Labor Requirements: Plan and coordinate craft labor requirements, scheduling and assigning tasks to meet project timelines and objectives. Forecast and Plan Resources: Assist in forecasting and planning for tools, equipment, and materials needed for electrical tasks and projects. Enforce Safety Protocols: Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with strict safety protocols, conducting regular safety briefings and inspections. Monitor Work Quality: Oversee the quality of electrical work, ensuring it meets or exceeds project standards and compliance with all relevant regulations.
