1. Take rolls off of spindle, check roll edge quality, and properly stack rolls onto skid.
2. Load and align cores properly onto the spindle.
3. Assists in weight check procedure.
4. Perform daily and weekly cleaning procedures in a timely manner.
5. Wrap pallets properly on a daily basis.
6. Assist Line Tech on start up and shut down, on changing screens, and cleaning die.
7. Wear all personal protective equipment.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years of demonstrated maintenance mechanical/electrical experience in an industrial setting.
2-year Maintenance or Mechanical/Electrical Associates Degree preferred.
Strong electrical background, required.
Successful completion of the skills assessment process at Lake Land.
Thorough knowledge of mechanical/electrical components and equipment, including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes.
General computer experience.
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills; Must be able to work well with all levels of personnel, individually or in a team environment; Must be able to interface and communicate with line operators to assist with repairs and troubleshooting.

The Ainsworth family is looking for an energetic team member who specializes in the design, installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems. Their duties include inspecting electrical components and ensure building systems comply with safety regulations, examining blueprints, diagnosing and fixing issues, performing routine maintenance and providing technical direction and training.
