What to wear to a Starbucks interview?

Button-up shirts are always a safe bet, as well as elegant blouses. Make sure not to wear anything too low cut. When dressing, you can add some personal styling with accessories, but avoid anything overbearing or distracting. The focus needs to be on you, not your clothing.

Avoid large bags. Your hair should be neatly styled or swept up and away from your face. Make-up should be natural and kept to a minimum. Tattoos should be covered up, and facial piercings should be removed or covered.

For men, wear a single-breasted, two-piece suit in a dark color (small pinstripes are okay). Wear a white or light-colored button-down shirt with a conservative tie. Avoid any bold colors and patterns that are too busy. You don't want your clothing to be a distraction.

Wear dark shoes that are polished and free from scratches or stains. Wear matching socks. Try avoiding any strong colognes or aftershaves.

Bring all of your documents in a briefcase or small laptop bag. Make sure to have all tattoos covered and body piercings either covered or removed.
