The Banana Republic dress code is "elevated" and requires you to wear all black. This does not include shoes, which can be a neutral color, like beige, tan, white, or black. They have a fairly strict dress code that encourages you to dress in what is sold at Banana Republic, or at least is the same style as what is sold.

At Banana Republic, tattoos should try to be covered as best as possible. You also cannot wear jeans, unless they are more of an elevated style, like those sold in Banana Republic stores. Logos are not allowed.

You should try to keep a neat and clean appearance when working at Banana Republic. They do not discourage unnatural hair colors but do request that you keep your hair neat and tidy, no matter the color and style.

If any issues arise, management may come to speak to you about your dress and appearance. They may choose to send you home from your shift, or simply discuss what needs to change. If this is a continual occurrence, this could lead to termination of employment.
