What You'll Be Doing
Collaborate with the Collectibles design team to produce diverse collectible animations, including avatar decorations, profile effects, and new collectible types.
Conceptualize, storyboard, and create animations that bring concepts to life with energy and style.
Execute various animation styles (frame-by-frame, motion graphics, etc.), showcasing your keen eye for detail and impeccable timing.
Design and animate using motion graphics principles to enhance the appeal of collectibles and user interactions.
Partner closely with game publishers, designers, and vendors to produce polished, high-quality animations.
Work within technical product constraints to ensure animations are both visually stunning and performant.

What you should have
You have a portfolio showcasing advanced animation skills, including frame-by-frame work, motion graphics, and a variety of styles.
You have 6+ years of animation experience, ideally in the tech or gaming industry.
You are an expert in 2D animation techniques, with a strong understanding of motion principles, composition, and timing.
You are proficient in industry-standard animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Animate, and TV Paint. Bonus: Experience with Lottie, Rive, or Figma.
You work effectively with artists, designers, and other team members.
You can present creative concepts confidently and articulate the reasoning behind design decisions.

Mob Entertainment is a startup multimedia studio that is best known for our hit indie horror game "Poppy Playtime". This franchise is one of the hottest new properties in gaming, and our team is naturally expanding as our ambition expands. To give a taste of our brand's popularity, more than 100 billion YouTube views of Poppy Playtime related content have occured since the game's launch 4 years ago.
MOB Entertainment is looking for a talented Senior Gameplay Animator to collaborate with a team of other Animators, Storyboard Artists, Technical Artists and Programmers to tell a story and help us continue to push the limits of character animation for our upcoming titles.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Assist a team of animators in the development of high quality in-game animations and cinematics.
Reference storyboards if provided.
Develop excellent visual frames and strong poses that represent the characters and serve the game's design goals.
Present work to the team, seek input, and incorporate feedback from leads and teammates.
Commit to deliverables and manage your goals within regular milestones and deadlines, while maintaining the appropriate style over the course of a project.
Continually refine processes for animation throughout production to increase productivity for the animation team.
Animate a diverse range of compelling, alluring, and fear inducing creatures/characters that support unique and dynamic gameplay.
WHAT YOU NEED:
5 or more years with Autodesk Maya
5 or more years in Unreal Engine 5 (clear understanding of Blueprints, State machines and Level Sequences)
Ability to animate in a variety of animation styles and disciplines- (including cinematics, performance-based ranging from realistic to cartoony, gameplay and prop)
Ability to pivot at any point in time during production
Body mechanic mastery
Work with shooting reference
Expertise in the principles of animation
Expertise to animate both characters and creatures (biped and quadruped)
Self-motivated, unshakable strong work ethic, an excellent team player
Ability to communicate with peers and other disciplines, mentor junior and mid animators
An effective communicator, well organized and punctual
Understanding of JIRA and Confluence
Meets all deadlines during sprints
Creativity in problem-solving and the ability to think outside of the established solutions
Work closely with Tech Animation to provide feedback for rigs
Work closely with the Team Lead to help plan, facilitate and promote growth within the animation team

We're searching for a dynamic 3D Artist with expertise in Unreal Engine and the generation of photorealistic CG content. This role is focused on driving business impact and supporting a positive experience for our customers through swift and strategic responses to their needs. By adding and supporting new content to the Data Lab platform, users will be able to simulate more diverse scenarios to better train their machine learning models. What You'll Do:Create, set up, and integrate 3D assets that meet Parallel Domain's design requirements into Unreal Engine.Efficiently interpret and implement notes and feedback from colleagues and supervisors.Assess project scope accurately, providing consistent updates on progress to the team.Collaborate with the CG Content team to manage and prioritize incoming requests from customers and internal partners, supporting critical business objectives.Refine existing content, ensuring assets adhere to evolving standards as our core product advances.Accelerate R&D and exploratory content generation efforts by strategically offering your expertise as a 3D artist to our machine learning and engineering teams.
What You'll Bring:Professional experience with 3D modeling, texturing/surfacing, and asset integration in Unreal Engine, Maya/3DS Max, Photoshop, Substance Suite, and/or comparable programs.Strong proficiency in English, with the ability to effectively communicate and comprehend both creative and technical subjects (in writing and verbally).Ability to work effectively in a remote and team-oriented environment with daily communication over Slack and Zoom.A portfolio showcasing photorealistic content designed for real-time applications, available for review.
What Will Help You Stand Out:Experience in production pipelines using Perforce, Jira, and other source control/project tracking tools.Generalist art production experience beyond requirements, including 2D content production, reference gathering, and image composition.
