The State of Michigan is seeking a Technical System Analyst 6 to provide application development, integration, and support services. This role is responsible for the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of agency applications, as well as technical support for the Management Division's software packages. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Dynamics (365), Azure DevOps, and application troubleshooting.
Specialty Areas:
MS Dynamics (365) Expertise - Development, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics applications.
Application Development & Integration - Working with C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL, Java, and PowerApps/Power Pages.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting - Supporting application issues and providing solutions.
Azure DevOps - Implementing CI/CD pipelines, managing repositories, and automating deployments.
Web & Database Technologies - Strong experience with MS SQL, HTML, JavaScript, XML, Web Services, AJAX, and jQuery.
Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements for system development.
Develop, test, and implement new application features and modifications.
Maintain and support MS Dynamics (365), Azure DevOps, and other enterprise applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize application performance.
Provide technical documentation and user training as needed.

Perform system analyst duties such as gathering requirements, testing, implementing, and documenting solutions.
Work with technologies such as MS Dynamics, Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, MS Power Apps/Power Pages, ASP.NET, VB.NET, and Azure DevOps to support and maintain applications.
Requirements
Must be located within a 50-mile radius of Lansing, Michigan.
Must have 3-5 years of experience with MS Dynamics and Web Portals.
Must have 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps, Infrastructure/Network, and Application Support.
Must have troubleshooting experience (ASP.NET, HTML, etc.) with 5+ years of background.
Bachelors Degree required.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
Preferred skills
PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Certification.
Knowledge of PowerApps and advanced MS Dynamics solutions highly preferred.
