Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing sales performance, supporting field incentive compensation programs, and delivering insightful reporting to drive data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities

Our Revenue Analyst will complete a variety of tasks which include:
Assist with developing and implementing revenue management strategies and processes across multiple properties to optimize revenue and market share.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Establish pricing strategies for rooms and ancillary services, including special promotions and packages.
Prepare accurate and timely revenue forecasts and budgets for each property.
Monitor performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
Utilize revenue management systems (Cloudbeds, OnQ, R&I, etc.) to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Generate comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management.
Implement pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
Collaborate with General Managers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue management strategies with overall business goals.
Provide training and guidance to property-level staff on revenue management principles and best practices.
Analyze and optimize distribution channels, including direct bookings, OTAs, GDS, and third party platforms.
Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners.
Ensure compliance with corporate revenue management standards and policies.
Qualifications for Director of Food & Beverage:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred. Combination of degree and experience will also be considered.
One to two years previous experience in revenue management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing profitability across multiple properties.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data driven decisions.
Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., OnQ, Grow, STR, Cloudbeds, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Knowledge of digital marketing and distribution channels is a plus.
Must hold a valid driver's license and willing to travel between Milwaukee, Kenosha and Rockford.
Flexibility to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Practice Operations Analyst serves as a subject matter expert on financial and quality key metrics. The Analyst designs and analyzes reports for operational effectiveness, translates data into actionable information that assists leadership with decision making which helps OSF improve its healthcare delivery system.
Uses analytical tools and problem solving, relationship building, and will at times present to various leadership groups. This position requires travel to all sites within the region as needed.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associates Degree OR High School Diploma/GED + 3 years experience in healthcare related field.
Experience: Work experience retrieving and deciphering data.

As Sr Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation, development, analysis, verification and communication of vital financial information and business metrics. You will coordinate and assist with spear-heading the Company's financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects. This position will also provide financial consulting and strategic support to management including preparing financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis and other projects as requested. This role acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support 'optimal' business decision making
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
* Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
