Conducting complex discounted cash flow analyses of properties using financial modeling techniques in Argus and Excel, providing strategic insights to senior management
Preparing and presenting comprehensive financial reports and strategic recommendations to senior management, influencing key business decisions
Independently analyzing lease proposals and assessing the creditworthiness of prospective tenants, making recommendations based on financial viability and risk assessment
Lease preparation and administration

The Project Analyst will report to the Operations Manager and support development of program designs aligning with U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) guidance and state guiding principles, lead reporting and data analytics within an assigned state or across multiple states and provide project management support. Industry and technical knowledge in residential energy efficiency and electrification is desired. The ideal candidate will be able to operate independently, rapidly summarize large amounts of information or data and create executive summaries that accurately represent detailed information.

**Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:**
+ Work as part of an energy efficiency and electrification team ensuring the administration, implementation, and verification of federally funded energy efficiency projects are successfully executed.

**Basic Qualifications:**

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in public or business administration, accounting, finance or related field and one year of professional grants experience which includes at least two of the following areas: writing grant applications; determining gr ant/subgrant program eligibility; researching, writing and implementing grant program plans; managing fiscal aspects of grants/subgrants; providing technical assistance to grant/subgrant recipients; and/or monitoring and ensuring grant/subgrant recipient compliance; OR
Graduation from high school or equivalent education and three years of professional grants experience which includes at least two of the following areas as described above; OR
One year of experience as a Grants & Projects Analyst Trainee in Nevada State service; OR
