Raytheon - Advance Products (APS) is seeking a Project Management Liaison - Senior Analyst to work with the Emerging Programs office to bridge program management activity with the functional areas that facilitate program execution within the Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS), Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).
What You Will Do
Coordinate and support customer meetings, to include: generation of minutes, action items and other customer documentation
Assist Program Managers (PM) with weekly Program Performance Reviews (PPR)
Coordinate across departments in support of program objectives which may include working with Supply Chain and Operations to resolve issues impacting contractual deliveries
Coordinate with security to facilitate the transfer of classified data and hardware
Courier material between vendors, customers, and test sites
Execute small projects to assist PMs and Director
Support offsite activities as needed, to include: vendor visits, customer meetings and field tests
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience or 6 years related military experience to include leadership
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite resources
An active and transferable Secret level U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance -
(customer approved Special Access Program (SAP) endorsement will be required after onboarding)
