What You'll Do:
As the Material Master Data Management Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the integrity of the data as maintained in our ERP System (SAP). You will create, maintain, and distribute detailed reports and support department functions as a backup resource, drive continuous improvement projects in various Operations functions, and other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Creates and maintains item master data and field settings in SAP (SAP B1, SAP S4/Hana) or other ERP Systems, including but not limited to: BOM's, Routings, Life Cycle Status Codes, Purchasing fields, Inventory Planning Parameters, Warehouse Locations, Production Planning Fields, as well as other fields and systems
Processes, imports, and exports key data and verifies for accuracy
Creates and maintains master data records and supports the New Product Development processes
Drives continuous improvement projects to improve the Purchasing, Inventory, Quality Control, Supplier Quality, and Production Functions
Backs up Production Planning and Purchasing functions as needed
Reserves and accurately maintains master data records within the ERP system
Utilizes mass upload tools to update material settings
Reviews audit reports to ensure data accuracy
Fulfills daily tasks and drive priorities, adapting according to business needs
Develops strong relationships and collaborates with internal business partners (Engineering, Product Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance)

Requirements:

We are currently seeking a Treasury Management Analyst (TMA) role that will be partner with the Treasury Management Consultant (TMC) and focuse on developing strategies for revenue growth, client retention, and client experience. Ø Participate in discussions with customers to gather scope information and perform analysis of scope information in order to provide inputs for project scope documentation

Principle Accountabilities:
Creates document templates based on a review of the loan application or other business terms; prepares final, high quality, execution copies of all documents; and manages execution process, ensuring all requirements have been met. Drafts and files initial UCC filings, as well as necessary amendments and continuations of the same; monitors UCC filing system and troubleshoots issues promptly. Follows up on post-closing matters, including ensuring all post-closing documents and tasks are complete and a full, complete and accurate physical and digital record of the transaction is maintained. Handles mortgage loan satisfactions and releases, including drafting and filing applicable documents in an accurate and timely manner. Handles certain loan servicing and asset management matters in accordance with established procedures and training, either alone or with the support of a closing specialist or attorney, including review of easements, requirements for release of insurance loss proceeds, loan amendments and modifications, property condemnations, and other matters. Reviews title insurance and land surveys, as necessary, and resolves issues regarding the same with title companies, surveyors and/or counterparties. Manages timelines toward completion of tasks and duties; proposes resolutions to issues where appropriate. Other tasks in support of the closing and servicing of mortgage loans and real estate equity investments.

The purpose of the EDI Analyst is to analyze, support and maintain all EDI activities between internal users, customers, distributors, software partners and EDI VAN providers. This position works in concert with the Information Technology Group, EDI Managed Services, Customer Support, Sales and Marketing, Finance, and internal support users to assure the seamless processing of all EDI transactions within Milwaukee Tool
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Serves as liaison between Information Technology development staff, EDI Managed Services, systems analysts, business subject matter experts, provider business office staff, and third-party administrators to implement EDI transactions in an integrated, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
* Serves as lead for all EDI communication between internal users, external trading partners and external communications network providers for the company.
* Responsible for advanced troubleshooting with new and existing trading and transportation partners to solve communication issues such as setting up new partners, testing new/existing trading partner data maps and monitoring communication system status.
* Direct involvement with testing new application software upgrades.
* Works collaboratively with distributors, customers and 3rd party vendors to implement new EDI business processes and coordinate enhancements to existing trading partner processes.
* Makes recommendations for ways to improve processes and productivity of company based on existing operating procedures and maintaining high customer service.
* Support analysis and testing of transaction implementations and mapping of EDI standards.
* Leverage EDI knowledge in claims, payment, eligibility, and financial systems in day-to-day operations.
Education and Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree. Information Technology, Computer Science, Business or related field
* 5+ years' experience as an EDI Analyst
* SQL, VB, XML, Opentext Alloy a plus
* Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system a plus
* Advanced MS Office, particularly with Excel, PowerPivot, Outlook
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/tasks with time constraints
