About the Role
The Operations Analyst II is responsible for developing and delivering analytical findings creating and maintaining multiple reports and working with a variety of stakeholders to identify areas of advancement on topics ranging from data infrastructure to business strategy decisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain performance metrics reporting for the sales and customer service support teams
Prepare quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel SQL and other analytic & visualization tools to develop meaningful insights of various program performance
Provide forward-looking and historical analysis for strategic initiatives through modeling and sensitivity tool usage
Produce clear and concise presentations regarding projects and other assigned tasks
Provide ad hoc analytical support to various teams throughout the business
Create reporting for key performance indicators monitor results and provide analysis of results to company stakeholders
Define benchmarks for success within the division using historical analysis
Collaborate with department leaders to build analyze and defend strategy and business cases for new initiatives workflow enhancements technological enhancements etc.
Translate high level business problems into meaningful analysis and provide recommendations to stakeholders
Complete assigned tasks quickly and with a sense of urgency
Develop expert knowledge of business processes data generated within each process and flow of data within the database
Skills/Abilities:
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
Excellent oral and written communication skills especially relating to presentation development
High level of self-motivation; ability to accomplish goals independently

Researches and advises leadership on best practices utilizing benchmarking resources including, but not limited to, Epic User Web, GPIN, MGMA and the Access Collaborative.
Able to collaborate with departments across the health system including information technology, revenue cycle, operations, and organizational leadership to understand ambulatory processes. Utilizes that knowledge to review, analyze, and optimize the patient and user experience by applying basic informatics principles that meet operational goals.
Collaborates with team members to understand KPIs post go live. Understands workflow. Executes communication plans developed by team members ensuring adoption and understanding across departments. Escalates barriers to adherence to team and department leaders to ensure transformation.
Participates in introductory transformational governance groups ensuring ambulatory expertise is represented. Brings items forward for discussion/approval based on findings during clinic rounding.

Certification or proficiency in assigned Epic application must be obtained within 6 months of employment or assignment.

We are seeking a financial analyst who will help provide financial insights and analytical decision support, drive process improvements, track KPIs and initiatives, monitor and make daily cash movements and provide day-to-day reporting and forecasting support. The successful candidate will split their time working on the Company's consolidated financial forecast as well as on various operational and analytical functions within the treasury group. This role will have visibility and require collaboration with business unit professionals and leaders throughout the global organization. This position will be based in the Leawood, KS office reporting to the Corporate Treasurer and will have the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule.
Essential Functions
Prepare the Corporate P&L forecast and consolidate the global forecast on a monthly basis
Provide analysis and reporting used for internal management reporting and external market guidance
Work with global business leaders to understand and improve forecasting processes and reporting
Prepare draft materials for Board of Director meetings
Analyze past results and perform variance analysis, identifying trends and anomalies
Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts
Perform daily payments within the treasury function as required
Perform other duties and research as assigned
