Job Title: Personal Auto Product Analyst Shift: Full Time, 40-hour work week Reports To: Senior Manager, Personal Auto We are a specialized P&C Insurance Company based in San Diego, CA looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Personal Auto Product Analyst to support the Personal Auto department in the development, management, and profitable growth of our personal auto products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Conduct data analysis on Personal Auto products, including new business production and written premium, loss performance, etc. · Prepare reports on top-line growth and loss performance metrics at the product and General Agent levels. · Assist in the analysis and preparation for filing exhibits for rate revisions. · Provide support to General Agents regarding product-related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and professional responses. · Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for implementing underwriting initiatives for General Agents and conduct audits at the agent level. · Analyze underwriting issues and make recommendations for changes to underwriting guidelines. · Assist in conducting product audits and quality assurance to maintain high standards in the implementation of rate revisions and underwriting initiatives. · Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT, Project Management and Agency Service, as well as external vendors to ensure the smooth implementation of product strategies and initiatives. Actively tracks SARs to ensure existing SARs are monitored for 90 day follow-up and reporting. Comprehends and articulates the impact of regulatory compliance changes and implements processes to minimize AML/BSA credit union risk. Prepares, assists, and analyses information related to various compliance assessments to assist in risk monitoring and risk reduction. Assists with escalated potential OFAC matches and escalated potential 314a matches from internal partners. Assists in reviewing and maintaining Monetary Instrument Logs.
