Position Responsibilities:

Job Purpose
The Environmental Analyst is an entry level role within the Engineering Department at Armada Analytics. The position entails working with senior staff completing ASTM compliant Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with the completion of at least two ASTM compliant Phase I Environmental Site Assessments per week
Locate, research, and disseminate current information for environmental reports with a primary focus on multifamily properties
Write Phase I Environmental Site Assessments based on information provided by senior staff as well as based on information obtained via research
Complete mandatory Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests on select properties
Analyze and develop site maps
Analyze data and upload radon test results for select properties
Complete report edits as necessary
Contribute to property condition assessment reports as needed

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher from a college or university in Environmental Science, Geology, Biology, Engineering, or similar programs.
