Minimum Requirements - Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a college degree in a related field. - Must have completed a minimum of 2 years of coursework. - Skilled in standard computer applications and platforms such as Outlook and MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities with superior attention to detail. - Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment. - Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset. Excellent communication and organizational skills. PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Responsible for providing technical expertise in support of performing engineering problem solving activities. Possesses a high degree of knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Prepare nuclear safety analyses and engineering evaluations independently and support Configuration management programs.
  • Perform engineering and technical tasks in support of nuclear plant operations.
  • Assure all engineering products prepared are in accordance with applicable procedures, safety analyses, industry codes, and all regulatory requirements.
  • Support engineering work functions.
  • Participate in the implementation of effective processes and techniques at appropriate levels of detail and in compliance with established programs, policies and procedures.
