REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * BA/BS degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or equivalent in college courses and job experience. * Three years experience working with complex databases to extract data, identify trends, analyze and make recommendations or decisions based on findings. * Three years direct experience using Microsoft Office for spreadsheets, flowcharts, and word processing. * Two years experience and proficiency in developing reports using SQL, Crystal Reports, and Microsoft Power BI. * One year experience in project management or equivalent role. * Demonstrated skill and experience in effectively relating to and collaboratively working with directors, managers, and/or supervisors as well as peers. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or equivalent. * Previous work experience in managed care, health care setting, or case management department. * Experience working and negotiating with external vendors.
