Maintain database of market research findings (sale & lease comparables, marketed investment opportunities, etc.) in our proprietary Salesforce CRM platform. Assist with the preparation of investment book materials for the procurement of debt and equity and presenting to the Investment Committee. JOB FUNCTION: The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and software development. This position collaborates closely with Project Managers and Product Owners to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable functional specifications for the development team.
