Reporting to the Director, Information Technology the Business System Analyst In this role, you will be In-charge of for exploring complex business problems in order to solve them with automated, customized, developed and standardize systems implementations and solutions, also be in charge of designing details for automated systems and processes in order to make them more efficient. Also designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a solution that is viable and consistent.
What a typical day looks like:
Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and processes efficiency.
In charge of providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective, to provide consultation to users related to automated systems
Research, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements.
Resolve required improvements on the systems & supervise its correct implementation to meet site business/customer's requirements.
Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day to day system issues to ensure smooth operation.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
Functional knowledge, education background on Systems or industrial engineer, Computer science, programming, or related careers; or relevant working experience required.
Typically requires 6- 8 years of related experience.
Demonstrates advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. Demonstrates advanced skills in functional/ technical area.
Good understanding of systems and functionalities in place.

DUTIES:
Perform advanced engineering evaluations employing stress analysis, solid and fluid mechanics principles, and heat transfer phenomena to validate the design adequacy of various equipment for normal operation and various accident event conditions. Applications involve both hand computations and computer software including finite element analyses for linear and non-linear components, pipe stress, fluid flow, and pressure vessel design. Education:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Civil Structural Analyst - Engineering (DS108)
Perform advanced structural analyses of various structures to validate their design adequacy for normal operation and accident loading conditions. Advanced structural analytical capabilities include the ability to perform the following: Seismic Soil-Structure Interaction (SSI); dynamic seismic analysis (response spectra and time-history); development of in-structure seismic response spectra, and to evaluate structural responses for tornado winds, missile penetration, precipitation (rain, flood, snow), and explosion (blast/detonation and deflagration).
Engineering services will be provided using SRR processes and procedures. Programmatic guidance will be provided by SRR.
Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ERP Analyst - Oracle to liaise between the IT department and other functional and technical areas. The primary goal of this role is to facilitate the implementation of processes and improvements using Oracle EBS and related systems. This position will support the implementation, development, operation, maintenance, improvement, and growth of local and global business systems essential for executing the business's long-term strategic plan.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Serving as an Oracle SME for supporting business processes and develop strong relationships with the business process owners
Review, analyze & evaluate current business systems and user needs in order to develop, enhance, implement and maintain fully functional, integrated and operational business systems within Oracle and related systems, following IT standards.
Have a strong understanding of how each of the different business units function
Facilitate discussions with end users to translate business requirements into functional specifications
Function as a liaison between business and technical units and work with the technical staff to design solutions that meet business requirements
Responsible for project planning including but not limited to creating and executing project plans, developing test cases, providing test support, tracking, communication, documentation and reporting to the organization while complying to all applicable standards to ensure successful project execution.
Develop enhancements to support business process changes and improvements
Oversee global testing to ensure no harm to the business due to other business units entering or changing functionality in shared environments.
Develop training material and provide one-on-one and group training as necessary

Demonstrated Project Management skills.
