Pros of working at American Proteins

Plenty of opportunities for advancement and overtime hours are there if you are willing to work them.

Cons of working at American Proteins

Certain management members. Inconsistencies with policies (changing them to suit the situation) . The "Good Old Boy" network. Lack of concern over filling vacant positions.

American Proteins Benefits

Excellent Health Insurance plan UNTIL Tyson Foods acquired the company and presently our Health Insurance Plan SUCKS!!!!! Team members can't afford to be sick. Plan ranks in the better than nothing catagory , sadly.
