Altium CEO and Leadership

Sergey Kostinsky is a President/CTO at Altium and Board Member at Altium. He has worked as VP:Engineering at Altium and Dir:Product Development at MORFIK TECHNOLOGY PTY LTD. Sergey attended Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

David Read is a Chief Operating Officer at Altium.

Walter Henry Potts is a Chief Product & Operations Ofcr at Altium and Chief Sales Officer at Altium. He has worked as VP/Gen Mgr:Systems Design at MENTOR GRAPHICS CORP, Mng Dir:Advanced Processor LAB at Motorola Semiconductor Sdn BHD, and VP:Engineering at Hitachi Micro Systems. Walter studied at University of Louisiana System Board of Supervisors.

Ted Pawela has recently been appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Altium, having served as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) since joining the company in October 2016. Prior to joining Altium, Ted served as Product Management Executive responsible for marketing at BIOVIA (a subsidiary company of Dassault Systemes).

Ted has extensive knowledge and experience in marketing at a leadership level and a strong technical background with broad functional experience in software companies.

As COO, Ted works closely with the CEO to drive brand and program management to successfully execute against Altium’s corporate goals in its bid for PCB market leadership and going beyond to bring about a transformation of electronics design. Ted is actively involved in marketing, M&A and partnership activities of Altium and strategy development.

Ted holds a M.S. Engineering Mechanics from Michigan State University, a B.S. Oceanographic Technology from Florida Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from IE Business School, Madrid, Spain.

Craig Arcuri is a Chief Manufacturing Officer at Altium.

Kim is currently VP Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs at Altium Limited, a global company that creates leading-edge electronics design software. Kim is based at Altium's HQ in San Diego, USA. She is responsible for the strategic relationship of Altium with the investor community. Kim also plays a key role in the execution of Altium's M&A activities and development of strategic partnerships, while also working closely with the Board of Directors in the development and execution of Altium's corporate strategy.

Kim has over 15 years of experience working in diverse sectors, including software and technology, economic and financial policy development and investment banking. Kim has also served as Trustee and member of the Investment Committee for public sector superannuation fund, RBF.

Kim has demonstrated leadership, ingenuity and commitment to excellence in all of her roles. She thrives on challenges that are characterized by complexity and ambiguity to deliver solutions for the betterment of stakeholders.

Kim completed a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Tasmania, being recognized on the Dean's Honour Roll of Excellence.
