POSITION SCOPE
The Heavy Equipment Operator must be able to operate a skid steer, loader, dozer, crusher, or excavator according to project specifications. The individual will be responsible for servicing and maintaining equipment daily.
This position is for our Northern Region Operations, which includes the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming. This position does require overnight travel.

PRIMARY DUTIES
Operate equipment efficiently to maintain production goals
Assist with setup and tear down of plants

POSITION SCOPE
The Heavy Haul Truck Driver will be responsible for transporting oversize and overweight equipment to the job sites. Key Responsibilities:
Assessing the manufacturer's recommended calibration interval for each asset.
Comparing manufacturer recommendations with our current calibration schedule to identify discrepancies.
Evaluating historical calibration data to determine trends and potential adjustments.
Collaborating with the Manufacturing Engineering team to define appropriate risk levels for calibration intervals.
Considering key factors such as asset criticality, measurement stability, regulatory compliance, and operational impact when setting risk levels.
Providing data-driven recommendations for adjusting calibration frequencies based on risk assessment findings.
Documenting and communicating findings to relevant stakeholders to drive calibration program improvements.
Developing and maintaining calibration procedures to ensure consistency and reliability.
Conducting audits of calibration processes to verify adherence to established standards and regulatory requirements.
Supporting investigations related to measurement system failures or deviations.
Assisting in the selection and validation of new measurement equipment.
Training personnel on calibration best practices and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
Strong background in metrology and calibration principles.
Experience analyzing calibration schedules and conducting risk assessments in a manufacturing environment.

We have an immediate need for Welders to work for General Steel and Supply Company in Dickinson, ND.
POSITION SCOPE
The Welder is a safety sensitive position that will perform various welding duties on the manufacturing of new equipment and the refurbishing of heavy equipment in a climate-controlled shop under the direction of the Shop Foreman. Welders work Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Occasionally, there may be some overnight travel required with this position.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Basic welding and fabrication duties
Assist with checking accuracy and quality of all phases of fabrication
Operate basic shop equipment, including shear, press, iron worker, etc.
Practice and enforce company's safety policies
Read and follow blueprints
Maintain records and paperwork for all jobs
Work cooperatively with other employees
Follow directions of the supervisor
Keep the work area clean and organized
Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License and a clean motor vehicle record
Welding skills with both stick and wire welders required
Must be able to read blueprints
Experience with machining a plus
Occasional overnight travel required
