Based On 10 Ratings
It's mostly a fun place to work, between customers and associates, there is always someone to make you smile and laugh.
Constant neg. Vibe, from everyone out side of the store, always mad , never happy, never ask what you or customers think, very pompous, they are right, everybody else are idiots kinda way they make you feel.
Not many perks or benefits
Nothing, only take never give, work you to death when they need ya, then constantly complain about OT and everything else when they don't, worst part of the job by far
Level everything above store director.bring in people who value employee and customer opinions, we are at store level daily we know what works and what doesn't, why would you not want our opinion
Not much of a prepare person, I'm real so I don't need to act like someone I'm not, bye time interview is over I know, and they know if I'm right person for the job, and 9 out of 10, we both come away happy.
Not sure what your asking,
I would say it's good, to great.
People from all places, economic level, unfortunately political parties, and educational backgrounds, you never know what you will learn, gives me hope for this country, if we all can come together in a building, then we should as a country.
Usually willing to pay overtime Great hourly coworkers, due to shared company trauma
No 401k matching (pension given after 20mg years, not enough to retire on), poor management, most employees are on Medicaid to to insufficient pay, no raises, district management in ineffectual, etc (the list really does go on forever)
So little upper management over site 5-10% off groceries (or you can go anywhere else and get them cheaper, most employees can not afford to shop there)
They didn’t care enough to bother anyone
Remove it from its private equity firm (Cerberus capital management) and put employees and customers first
I didn’t, they will take anyone with a single brain cell and a pulse
Low
Diversity and inclusivity trainings are completed by all employees but followed by few
With this company, punching out at the end of the day
The job was close by to where I lived. The managers and employees were all nice. Typical workdays were smooth.
Almost always short staffed with constant call outs and no new hires.
Employee discounts on store brand products.
I liked the benefits, and the atmosphere. I enjoyed my co-workers, i like the customers.
Not enough hours.
Health benefits
The company has been very good to me. There is lots of room to move up especially if you’re willing to re-locate!
Since going public, and there have been a lot of changes. Feels like we keep adding more responsibilities but never take anything away.
Great 401k match! They match 50% of up to 7% of your pay yearly!
Good hours.
The management is horrible and the workers are even worse.
Discount on the food
