This facility is our main helium storage facility within North America. The facility employs 3 operators, 2 maintenance staff, and 1 management staff. Loading and Offloading transport trailers based on market demand.

Key Job Responsibilities are included but not limited to:
* The Operations Technician monitors the process and performs preventative and routine maintenance on the systems.
* Takes part in container offloading of liquid cryogenics and gaseous helium for various customers.
* Learn to operator a tractor for moving large containers onsite.
* Interface with an HMI to monitor, adjust plant parameters, and preform trend analysis.
* Gathering and logging various data around the plant.
* Taking water samples and conduct testing.
* Certify certificates of analysis for customer products based on analytical data gathered.
* Work with the maintenance teams to ensure all maintenance task are completed and that the facility equipment is maintained operational.
* This is a safety sensitive position.
Required Skills / Abilities:
* Demonstrative mechanical aptitude
* Basic electrical, instrument or mechanical maintenance experience a plus
* Ability to operate a tractor/trailer a plus-fill liquid helium container.
* Be able to climb ladders and stairs and lift 50 lbs.
* Work in all weather conditions.
* Perform elevated work as required.
* Possible travel to support other plants on a case-by-case basis.
* Desire and ability to work in a team environment.
* Perform general maintenance tasks on plant process equipment such as vibration monitoring, oil samples, etc.

Work Hours
* Able to work 10-hour rotating shift which include, on-calls, and weekends.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Performs or assists in fabrication, modification, installation and build to print of moderate to complex electromechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
Under modest supervision:
+ Reads and understands process and procedure as it pertains to the job.
+ Ability to read and understand moderate to complex documentation such as drawings, schematics, diagrams, wire lists, work instructions, production orders and procedures.
+ Identifies discrepancies in assembly processes or documentation and promptly escalates.

+ Must understand the importance of maintaining an ESD safe work environment.
+ Must be able to solder to IPC JSTD-001 and wire to IPC/WHMA-A-620 class 3 requirements.

+ Skilled in pipe fitting and tube bending. Bends s tubing to meet Engineering drawings and specifications. Familiar with compression and pipe fittings is a must.

+ Ability to operate a sit-down lift truck.
+ Some hoisting and rigging experience using gantry, bridge, and jib cranes.
+ Cleanroom experience is a plus.

Weatherford is seeking an experienced Electromechanical professional to join our team in the Oil & Energy industry. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and organizing work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products following cost, quality, and quantity specifications. You will ensure that all customer orders meet requirements, delivery dates, as well as quality and cost specifications while enforcing procedures and requirements in line with Weatherford's policies and prioritizing the safety and performance of all employees.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical assembly of low complexity following established procedures. Know and understand Weatherford's Enterprise Excellence Process and the Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions
Assemble equipment per engineered drawings or as instructed by others
Inspect completed components for accuracy and functionality
Maintain an orderly work area
Properly maintain company-supplied tooling
Aid in developing new procedures and improving existing procedures
Performs any assembly-type functions, using hand or power tools
May operate both stationery and moving overhead cranes
Operates any equipment needed to perform the job
Requirements
