Full-time Description Part time shift available Provides personal care services to clients in their residence as directed by the Care Coordinator. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Teamwork with the following and all other duties and responsibilities assigned. Provides primary care including all ADL's, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, toileting, restorative nursing, and vital signs. Monitors the safety of the client. Provides restorative care for clients in their residence as per individual needs, physician order and support plan.
