This work involves the assisting in daily operation of the City of Bartow Summer Recreation Program. Work is performed under the supervision of the Summer Recreation Coordinator and the Athletic Superintendent.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•Responsible for assisting in the daily activities including attending all field trips, games, arts and crafts and any other event deemed beneficial to the children.
•Responsible for ensuring the safety of the children participating in the events, performing cleaning and maintenance duties, and setting up and breaking down materials required to run the program.
•Carry out established rules by supervising campers and enforcing camp safety regulations.

•Must have a basic knowledge of first aid
•First Aid/ CPR Certification
