SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: At the time of appointment must be capable of performing, with or without reasonable accommodations, the essential duties as evidenced by a physician's certificate. Must have a driver's license to transport clients in vehicle assigned. Supplemental Information Home and shift assignments will be temporary in nature and may change during the 6 month probation period and until a successful bid is achieved from an internal posting of CLA vacancies after successful completion of probationary period.
