Requirements Develop a working knowledge of all production jobs within the department. Ability and knowledge to use a computer. Ability to work in a high heat environment which includes molten metal. Ability to understand and follow all safety procedures and requirements. Ability to operate and use jackhammer. Ability to work around refractory. Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs frequently; occasionally up to 50 lbs or greater. Ability to work weekends; frequent Saturday work.
