Support Infant Toddler staff with classroom teaching strategies

Work collaboratively with regulators, child abuse and neglect agents, early intervention specialist, college educators, health consultants, and health inspectors within with childcare provider serving infants and toddlers in the region
Within two years obtain and maintain the NYSAEYC Technical Assistance/Training Credential required by the NYS OCFS to conduct professional development and coaching for childcare providers/programs
Using knowledge of childcare, provide technical assistance to Early Childhood programs in Otsego County according to program policy and procedure. Perform Assessments, conduct observation utilizing evidence based (and setting appropriate) tools and analyze results to create and implement individualized action plans and goals
