This position will develop and implement a program of professional educational services in Computer Aided Drafting (Mechanical) to students in order to meet their assessed individual vocational needs. Responsibilities include completing all required documentation of student assessment/progress and other reporting requirements in a timely manner, monitoring and managing student behavior, attending staffing and meetings, and serving as an effective interdisciplinary team member. This position will also provide training to others and engage in specialized instruction and projects upon request. Salary Information Starting salary for this position is between $29.13 and $34.03 per hour, plus excellent benefits. SUMMARY: The Classroom Aide is responsible for assisting and partnering with the Teacher (and Teacher Aide) in developing and implementing a program of activities that promotes the social, emotional, cognitive and physical development of each child enrolled in a group in accordance with Head Start Performance Standards, Wisconsin Child Care Licensing, City of Madison Accreditation and Wisconsin Young Star standards.
