Role:
The Child Care Aide assists with plans and conducting activities/programs in the Child Care Rooms to include but not limited to; caring for children from ages 6-weeks up to 6-years old by diapering, feeding, holding, singing, dancing, reading, playing, and teaching. Individual child and family goals will be developed, implemented, and reviewed in partnership with parents on an ongoing, regular basis. A team approach between families and the Child Care Aide will support and assist each child's family to develop linkages and relationships within the community for any services needed. In addition, this position works with and supports the Early Childcare Education Program to provide collaborative services in a learning environment.

Position Purpose:
