Ensure that all essential tools are available for clients to participate in an activity or to perform a job. As directed, provide group and individual instruction in areas such as life and work skills, interpersonal relations, personal care, and rights and responsibilities. Carry out any behavior management program as assigned per client or at the center. As requested, drive 15 passenger van with clients for local trips. Accurately complete in a timely manner all assigned data collection, case notes, and other documentation or paperwork Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with agency and funder requirements Meet all one-time and on-going training requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS: This position requires frequent and moderately complex, and often highly confidential communications with agency personnel and occasionally with outside sources. Supervision is moderate with some independent decision-making required. Problems to be solved have a moderate degree of complexity. Within 30 days of employment must obtain the following training: Agency for Persons With Disabilities Direct Care Core Competencies, Zero Tolerance, CPR, HIV/AIDS and Infection Control. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age and possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent; experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is preferred. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications
