Under the general supervision of the Pharmacy Director and the assigned Residency Program Director , the Pharmacy Practice Resident is a one-year position which combines post-graduate training and education with a defined service component (staffing). The goal of the position is consistent with those expressed by the American Society of Health System Pharmacist (ASHP) in their accreditation standards. The residency program provides opportunities to accelerate professional growth and competence in patient-centered care and pharmacy operational services, and further develop leadership skills that can be applied in any position and in any practice setting. QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a College of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree required. Registration status as a pharmacist in the State of Nebraska required.
