We offer our nurse aides the following:
Pay: Up to $16 an hour based on experience plus second & third shift differentials and weekend differential.

Summary
The Direct Service Provider (DSP) will assist in implementing training programs for ADT participants with autism and related disorders, working under the supervision of the ADT Group Skills Supervisor and Director. This role involves direct support to participant in achieving goals outlined in their Person-Centered Care Plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - including but not limited to:
Provide person-centered care, ensuring the needs of participants are met with respect to their specific requirements such as allergies or level of supervision.
Implement daily group schedules with a minimum of 5 clients per session, with groups potentially including up to 8 clients.
Model positive instructional skills, including appropriate praise and reinforcement.
Assist in creating and implementing training materials and leading programs for participants under the direction of the ADT supervisor or Behavior Analyst.
Ensuring that all scheduled activities and services are delivered as planned for the benefit of the individuals in the program.
Maintain participant daily records as directed by supervisor, including recording behavior data, graphing, daily summaries and tracking the progress of target skills.
Complete daily communication logs and necessary documentation by deadlines.
Collaborate effectively with all BCA team members, including but not limited to ADT Supervisor, Behavior Analysts, and the Clinical Director.
Ensure all data/billing documentation is submitted accurately and timely.
Participate in all staff meetings and mandatory professional development, receiving and acting on feedback to improve services provided.
Communicate with participants and parents in a professional and friendly manner.
Perform tasks in accordance with BCA policies and procedures, maintaining a professional and respectful work environment.

Paid Time Off
Bluegrass Center for Autism team members receives time off when the learners are not in session. Hourly team members are not paid during the day students are not in session. Full-time team members are eligible to receive paid time off (PTO) after completing their 90-day orientation period to use at their discretion with supervisory approval. January 1, all eligible team members receive Ten days (or 80 hours) of PTO each calendar year. If a team member becomes eligible after January 1, their PTO amount will be prorated based on their 90-day eligibility date. Hourly team members are not paid during the days students are not in session. PTO hours do not roll over into the next calendar year but may be cashed in at the end of the calendar year. Bluegrass Center for Autism offers a Bonus PTO for hourly-only team members to earn additional quarterly PTO hours based on attendance that may be used on dates BCA is closed. These earned quarterly attendance PTO hours may not be used during dates that BCA is in session.
