Qualifications: Education/Experience: Graduation from a Masters level, accredited Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner school. Valid licensure in Washington State required. Secure narcotic prescription privileges. Board Certified or Eligible. Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills required. Must be able to secure credentialing through identified agencies (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.). Commitment to supporting a safe and respectful environment is required. BLS (CPR/AED) required. Valid drivers' license and insurance required. Physical Demands: Providers must be able to move around the facility between 1/3rd and 2/3rds of the day, as well as sit at a workstation or in patient rooms.
