Quality Assurance and Effectiveness Delivers interventions based on best practice models. Administers screening and assessment tools as indicated. Collects satisfaction and effectiveness measures related to Urgent Care services. Attends agency trainings or professional seminars/conferences as required or necessary in order to maintain compliance with professional licensure and to increase professional knowledge and skill base. Fiscal Responsibility Submits documentation for billing using appropriate CPT codes. Provides services based on medical necessity. Other duties as assigned Minimum Education, Experience and Other Skill Requirements: This position requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university plus a minimum of two years of clinical experience in working with children and families. Certification (LPC, LSW, MFT, PCC, LMFT or LISW) required. LISW, PCC or IMFT strongly preferred. Must possess minimum technical skills including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and ability to use standard Microsoft Office applications. Work Environment: Exposed to office environments. Exposed to children with behavior problems. May be exposed to shouting and clients who may be verbally and physically aggressive.
