Penn Center provides mental health services to individuals who are working towards recovery and helps them return to living more independently in the community. We are looking for team-oriented nurses to provide care to individuals who are working on mental health recovery.
Responsibilities
· Sets up and distributes medications according to physician's orders.
· Participates in total resident care through the development, planning, implementation,
and evaluation of each individual resident's care plan; including the physical, psycho/social, legal, spiritual needs of the resident.
· Provides 1:1 interaction with residents.
· Participates in the development, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation of resident
programming.
· Participation in the resident orientation program.
