* Manage the class cancellation system during non-business hours;
* Monitor the college fire alarm system; dispatch to single and full activation fire calls;
* Respond to residence hall requests for maintenance and shuttle location, provide information as necessary;
* Utilize the CS Gold system to provide information to officers specific to requests for information;
* Utilize the CBORD system to ensure that special requests for building access is accurate;
* Provide information to students, staff and faculty regarding the college's parking management system (AIMS);
* Coordinate with Events / SRC / Campus Safety for Special events at the SRC arena;
* React to walk in complaints by providing information;
* Assist with providing visitor access to Facilities, IT and Campus Safety
