The Residential Aide is responsible for developing a safe and secure environment for residents and guests of My Mother's House, one of Hour Children's transitional residences. My Mother's House is a residence that supports up to 18 women and/or families in the reentry process. · Serve as a role model to guide and empower residents along with facilitating appropriate behavior around daily living skills, self-care, personal interaction, social relationships, and constructive time management.
· Assist with preparing units for residents and coordinating with maintenance and other staff.

Overview:
The Residential Aide (RA) ensures the wellbeing and safety of the program's clients and staff during their shifts. The RA provides crisis intervention as needed to maintain residential safety and security. The RA works in shifts of 8am to 4pm, 4pm to 12am, and 12am-8am.
