JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and enforce Solar Therapeutics safety and entry procedures
Enthusiastically greet all customers, staff and visitors that enter the building
Check identification of all customers and visitors before permitting them inside the building
Monitor the security cameras and alert management of potential diversion or safety breaches
Answer front desk phone and direct calls accordingly
Maintain compliance and records as required by the state and municipality
Assist with clearing snow and or applying salt to building exterior walkways, including any entrance or exit
Other duties and special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 21 years of age.
Possess valid driver's license or state ID.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Comfortable with handling confidential information
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent to join our facility. The Cultivation Agent is responsible for providing on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens. Completion of tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead to monitor and maintain plant production and health. Maintain quality control measures to ensure high quality product. Maintain organization, cleanliness and efficiency of production area. Main duties will entail carrying out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, harvesting and trimming. Must monitor and maintain plant production and quality control measures in accordance with the commonwealth and standards set by Cresco Labs.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Plant Care:
Ensure plant health by pruning, topping, trimming, according to Cresco Labs policy, as well as any other tasks required.
Moving plants in an orderly, time efficient manner from one area of the cultivation facility to another
Moving soil/coco for transplanting plants
Transplanting smaller plants into bigger pots
Harvesting Plants in an orderly time efficient manner
Bucking wet or dry plants after harvest
Facility Cleaning:
Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe cultivation facility, including the safe disposal of waste.
Responsible for the cleanliness of all cultivation equipment and tools including light reflectors, containers, mixing tools, application tools, and ventilation equipment.
Reports and Documentation:
Assist the Cultivation Manager with tracking plants from birth to harvest by ensuring proper and accurate documentation for applicable activities.
Ensure accurate documentation of all plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and all other applicable information.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption. Or, any satisfactory combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the above-described duties.
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to perform the job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

JOB SUMMARY
Cresco Labs is seeking an Edibles Product Agent for our growing facility. The Edibles Product Agent is responsible for cross-functional support of production and packaging for our infused edible products. The Agent completes tasks assigned to them by the kitchen manger and kitchen supervisor. Carry out day-to-day tasks including prepping, cleaning, cooking, labeling, wrapping and operating basic production and packaging machinery. Produce and package edibles in accordance with the State and standards set by Cresco Labs.
CORE JOB DUTIES
Assist kitchen staff in the daily production of cannabis-infused food products using commercial machinery.
Understand and execute batch production as assigned by Department Leadership - Learn and continuously improve production efficiency.
Collaborate with the kitchen lead to adhere to manufacturing formula standard operating procedures, ensuring both potency and homogenization.
Identify and troubleshoot issues that may cause damage to edibles, ensuring quality control.
Train in food safety / sanitation and maintain a clean and safe production environment.
Assist, when needed, in labeling, packaging and tracking edibles for final sale.
Maintain a clean and safe production facility.
Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by Cresco Labs before performing any production activities by washing hands, donning personal protective equipment, changing clothes, etc.
Complete the sanitation of production equipment and tools including workspace, production and packaging equipment, cookware and appliances.
Assist, when needed, in cross-departmental training and task completion.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
Two years of experience in a general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption. Or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which clearly demonstrates the ability to perform the above-described duties.
Experience in a production-heavy kitchen is a plus.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of recipes, food production and kitchen sanitation.
Strong and effective task-management skills and ability to multi-task.
Attention to detail - ability to monitor basic kitchen production in process, package and label in a precise manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

POSITION SUMMARY The BDC Agent is responsible for processing all phone and internet leads and maintaining minimum month production standards as detailed below.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operates a multi-line phone system and computer

Inform the customer about the current Route 24 Auto Group promotions.
Asks every customer for the sale and then the appointment during any call
