Use the reservations system to check availability and book reservations accurately.
Assist guests with special requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Collaborate with other resort departments to ensure guest requirements are met.
Process reservation-related paperwork and maintain accurate records.
Follow up on guest bookings and confirmations.
Identify and maximize room sales opportunities to enhance revenue.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the reservation process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort events, promotions, and policies.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or reservations is preferred but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn reservation management software.
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
