The In-House Concierge Agent will also be responsible for pre-booking owners arriving at the resort using branded and scripted scripts prior to their arrival to attend the Owner Update Presentation.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Interact with guests to build excitement and prepare them for the presentation.
Delivers a branded and scripted marketing pitch for each guest type.
Books qualified In-House guests for a Vacation Ownership or Owner Update Presentation.
Maintains the site minimum standard for tour production set by management.
Provides guests with site and area information upon request.
Remains current on all area attractions, events, and dining options.
Reports all negative customer experiences to management.
Responsible for attending all staff meetings and training, as requested by management.
Performs accurate accounting and reporting of all shift(s) details as directed by the manager.
Adhere to company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures.
All other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
1 year of In-House Marketing or OPC experience is preferred.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate percentages and discounts.
Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, holidays, and weekends.
Good telephone skills and face-to-face people skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent time management skills, including the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external customers.
Able to use sound judgment; and work independently, with minimal supervision.
