Collaborate with the team and management to identify opportunities for improvement, address recurring issues, and analyze trends. Support general customer service tasks as needed. Develop a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Requirements: Prior in-office customer service experience is required; B2B customer service experience is preferred Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
