Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Will assist in coordinating quote requests, order management, expedites, claims/returns, implementation of current Marketing programs, assisting with implementation of plant objectives/initiatives.
· Be involved in department / plant continuous process improvement events, meetings and collaboration with other department team members striving for customer excellence.
Background & Skills
Basic Qualifications:
Two (2) to four (4) years-experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a manufacturing or product power solutions type industry.
Work experience working in a cross-functional environment with direct responsibilities helping customers with their inquiries.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship, both now and in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Will consider non-degree applicants based on customer service, technical or previous work background roles / achievements.
Experience working with Distributors, OEM's or direct buying customers is also helpful in this role.
