Support Representative
The Support Representative is the primary interface between Humanscale and our internal and external customers. The Support Representative is responsible for providing timely and accurate support in servicing Humanscale products on tasks, including (but not limited to) order entry, product return, warranty claim processing, issue resolution, and escalation of orders. A Support Representative is expected to identify process gaps, provide improvement ideas, and contribute to a positive team environment while adhering to Humanscale policies and established goals and metrics.
Responsibilities
Support requests for booked and shipped and invoiced orders, including order changes and cancellations; escalations; delivery issues and product support for newly delivered shipments, heavy inbound phone responsibilities

Support requests for various sales channels, which may include but not limited to, Commercial sales, Retail, and eCommerce
Maintain acceptable performance levels based on quarterly goals and comply with all Humanscale policies
Provide prompt and efficient service to Humanscale customers & team members including the appropriate escalation of issues
Possess a detailed understanding of pricing structures, products, warranty terms and all departmental processes and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
Demonstrate system expertise with order management systems to better serve customers
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues
Contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
Proficient in the English language; bi-lingual Spanish a plus
High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Demonstrated desire to expand skills into new areas
Business acumen in areas of customer service, e-commerce, retail, logistics or sales support is advantageous
Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication.
Quick learner and problem solver; able to seek out solutions autonomously

About You
Your contribution
The Customer Service Agent is responsible for supporting all aspects of replenishment and logistics activity within the department. * Prepare, distribute, and reprint all labels for carton/pallet pickers daily in a fair and consistent manner. Yard Coordination:
* Utilize Y/WMS system to communicate outbound pulls and plugs to yard drivers on a daily basis. Assist supervisor to ensure trailer is properly chocked and green light is active before trailers are moved or loading begins.
Administrative Functions:
* Complete computer data entry required for shipments. Issue seals to loaders. Verify accurate, pertinent information (i.e., seal number, trailer number, store number, etc.) in order to prepare Bills of Lading (BOL's) for all completed outbound loads. Schedule LTL carriers for pickup (site specific). Print work assignments for replenishment drivers. Document and file all outbound related paperwork in a neat and orderly fashion. Multitask and work with a high sense of urgency in the performance of all duties. Assist outbound supervisors with compiling and tracking downtime sheets as required. Provide service and adhere to professional etiquette when communicating with members of management, peers, customers, and visitors.

What you'll do
* Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process
* Understand technology issues by asking questions, listening, asking follow-up questions, taking detailed notes and providing accurate time estimates for next steps
* Help set up and repair technology devices for customers
* Monitor service queues and provide accurate status updates to customers
* Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents
Basic qualifications
* 3 months of experience in working in retail or customer service
* Passion for technology and desire to solve problems
* Must be able to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends
