Key Responsibilities:
Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care to patients experiencing acute or chronic cardiac conditions such as heart attacks, arrhythmias, heart failure, and post-surgical recovery.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians, ensuring adherence to protocols and patient safety.
Monitor vital signs, ECGs, and other cardiac monitoring systems to detect signs of deterioration or cardiac events.
Interpret and respond to cardiac rhythms, arrhythmias, and other abnormalities, providing timely interventions as needed.
Collaborate with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families about their cardiac conditions, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications for better heart health.
Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes.
Provide critical care and intervention during medical emergencies, ensuring rapid response and appropriate treatment.
Supervise and provide guidance to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in delivering patient care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, continuing education, and professional development to maintain current cardiac care knowledge.
Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards in the care of cardiac patients.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
Licensure:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Certification:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) or Cardiac Vascular Nurse (CVN) preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a Coronary Care Unit, Cardiac Care Unit, or telemetry

Position Summary:
The Client Service Representative is responsible for delivering high quality service for all client inquiries. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be welcoming customers over the phone or in person, sharing our menu with the customers, and taking their orders. Other duties include pre-rush prep, cleaning, pizza making, oven tending, and expediting delivery orders, all done after proper training and time.
