PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide overall executive-level administrative support and assistance to clients and the KRS sales team.
Assist in managing project correspondence between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.
Work closely with the Graphics and Shipping Departments to ensure accurate delivery and inventory POP needed for client site training.
Work with the Accounting Department to ensure timely billing of Sales PO's.
Gather requirements to enter order requests to meet the client's expectations.
Learn to use the Jira ticketing system, follow processes to request data reports, and enter graphics and equipment requests.
Coordinate and schedule meetings between our clients and the sales team.
Monitor projects using project management tools and provide updates on the status of active projects.
Must have excellent note taking skills.
EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Must have an Associate Degree or a minimum of 3 years of work experience in providing executive administrative assistance.
Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, exercise good judgment in decision-making and manage multiple projects.
The position requires excellent oral and written communication skills, good recordkeeping, and organizational skills.
Demonstrate attention to detail and have excellent grammatical, spelling, and editing skills with the ability to compose clear and compelling business correspondence.
Must have a professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments in the company.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software (MS Word, Excel) and quickly learn to utilize KRS proprietary software.
A high degree of integrity, including the ability to successfully deal with sensitive or confidential information.
Have the ability to problem solve and help resolve client issues by coordinating the efforts of internal team members while giving the client clear and timely updates.

As a Family Dollar Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers. Key priorities include greeting customers, assisting them with selection of merchandise, completing transactions, and answering questions regarding the store and merchandise.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provides customer engagement in positive and approachable manner.
* Assists in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store for customers during their shopping experience.
* Helps in the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizes merchandise, and transports merchandise from stockroom to sales floor.
* Independently stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store.
* Accurately handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system.

Position Requirements:
