Assist in identifying and addressing potential compliance issues or discrepancies. Participate in training on regulatory updates and compliance standards. Learning and Development: Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skill sets and knowledge of financial products, services, and industry regulations. Stay informed about our financial services and marketing developments to better assist clients and the team Seek feedback from senior members to improve performance and understanding of your role. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client service and support. Assist in various tasks as needed to help the overall team. Qualifications: No prior experience required, though internships or related coursework in financial services or client management is a plus. Basic understanding of customer service and effective problem solving skills. Preferably strong verbal and written communication skills, though not required.
