your
role.
Root is on the hunt for a Lead Marketer for our Independent Agent Program - a brand-new position crafted for a strategic, creative mind who loves owning the process from zero to scale.
This is not your average marketing role. You'll be the architect, the builder, and the face behind our brand's engagement with Independent Agents (IAs). Create content that makes agents say, “I want in.”
Build our presence at industry events - swag and all.
Craft messaging and visuals that build our IA sub-brand.
Track what's working, shift what's not, and always push for better.
We're looking for someone who:
Has 7+ years of B2B marketing experience (insurance/financial services = a plus).
Knows the IA world - their mindset, pain points, and how they make decisions.
Has a digital-first mindset but loves the power of well-timed direct mail.
Writes like a human. Thinks like a strategist. Executes like a pro.
Is creative, collaborative, data-savvy, and outcome-obsessed.
